•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
& H6 Y( z5 E; A* H, o3 m2 v•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
% P1 q% N( g: t/ P# u4 K8 W& @: V•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
6 f: K6 Q9 g( N•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
% u+ E6 b0 a- G* w: e) n+ }# M; K9 ~•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server

•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
