•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
7 @0 i7 Q% J6 N' I+ [) w$ H8 {•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
, F, j% @, m1 E4 g7 E! o•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
  v7 w/ e0 ^/ `( ]$ T- ?•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
; f$ v; Z, c$ f( v" T/ X7 [& u•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
