• Complete and post staff schedules
" u- ~) N( ], c3 q* w' F• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines: Z( B2 i) M: G/ b8 p8 ^& n
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
9 v; a; ]8 R0 o5 L+ _% N, i• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff4 B6 B0 [, Y: A/ m" e: j/ R( P
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date. {8 O+ C% N& J. h& e: d
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed* G. E {- d* ]( h! q: P
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
" G! {2 `- p+ A- x- D( D• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales5 d8 i: P/ `# u, E5 V
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management # `3 }; ]% l* x2 A2 ^
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway! J# p$ \+ }; q8 t% W0 X
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
1 v" I- v: [3 z8 p, d2 _+ fExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
% M1 r1 o) N E; vCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
6 Q/ ]8 I/ f `4 i& C7 ]Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
