Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

$ k+ u& D- C3 n4 O$ V•        Complete and post staff schedules 5 F- C3 j6 ~  N+ F0 c9 c7 Z
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
0 V6 ^' R% c+ e5 n9 W6 y•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
9 j  J1 Q& z2 N0 |* F& G! L. G" E•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
4 H- w0 L8 L' u1 F, g•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date6 t' C+ k. ~- b! j
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
- l9 d% H( U1 ?3 o2 n7 V•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees& Q& e3 \% e. @. r5 B
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Skills/Requirements:0 I4 l% S4 _' v2 f5 a+ }- @

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
" H8 _" |2 @5 AExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
8 D& h1 `4 L3 N' {8 @+ mCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)8 u% `5 U/ Z: r
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
