Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

0 v$ V  w" V4 q& X" H% s•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
+ r& B, k4 w; @  x8 D4 b0 b: A7 @•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
/ _4 l) C, E$ T- S% z8 R•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:
# O( [7 _5 h6 [$ L+ \# W/ o. p
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
4 `3 Q) o" v. S; dExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
0 H. c! N1 F$ kCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
/ ]& ^* f1 I4 ?+ A6 x; XPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
