Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

, b: L2 k& C) }1 D6 [* p% D•        Complete and post staff schedules
6 `9 V; Y: K0 g8 {; S5 i4 l6 c•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
7 h/ x4 M+ f6 r$ l' n•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
1 Y, n+ D8 H; L9 l( H3 p+ X! j' V' N- s6 b•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

2 q9 ?' w# H+ v4 C' V$ h2 J•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
1 v8 w! h% i3 b# |3 j- F•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
$ k/ V7 J" I2 ?1 U* yCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
