• Complete and post staff schedules ! {' T: M6 g) y$ t: c# w
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines7 a% X2 l! L$ A5 c1 F
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management: G5 R0 f; k& B& f; }- }
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
1 Z s5 c o* Q6 u& X• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
0 v$ V w" V4 q& X" H% s• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed2 |/ n/ r' O1 B5 m( i: r
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
+ r& B, k4 w; @ x8 D4 b0 b: A7 @• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
4 `3 Q) o" v. S; dExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
