Job Description:

% W. }; S k5 a7 u6 w. |• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines$ w# R9 o1 v) K: P
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management2 I1 T/ x# J# ]+ `5 d$ V- Y t
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff) e, s1 G& J1 T8 r. O$ c+ l# T
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
: B H5 l7 h" z+ e5 k; `: z! L• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
; \9 {( Z% {, l2 E! N7 o3 a i• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 9 k& a `+ K8 q. l% q4 g
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

7 ?1 [: L* h I! G' ^& r9 aExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset1 \3 s6 d3 j, }7 Z2 l- q
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
$ l7 f/ r1 b0 s4 Z+ z7 l; DPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
