•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
# Q$ |' t+ m8 ]. s) Q+ R•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
: @; ]4 B/ `6 G4 y4 H•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
' C5 @8 R/ [$ x/ R5 B% w  x  n8 _•        Sell merchandise to customers
" C: [! v; ?" t. @4 J# T•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
/ W' [; q/ k' ~& u8 I2 u/ B•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
, d& C' L. {% H% q•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
8 I8 E6 U5 k  X, x# y•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff


Employment requirements:
, E& m4 c) Q5 A- k1 o9 X% w/ X•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
