EARLY LEARNING FAMILY PROGRAM

The program will be offered at St. Teresa Catholic School every Tuesday for seven
, F# G7 u- |4 P- gweeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.6 m% @' |1 c9 _ c1 U- S8 ?
(No session March 27th, 2012); Q3 J# X1 s+ [
Snack: 3:15pm to 3:45pm
5 T5 F+ s4 w+ t; k( @: pRhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm/ f$ q! W! X. o8 e! {& y
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
1 [7 K" K3 S5 p+ d! x6 u+ }6 p( @their child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for
! j% m& B! }4 p8 ?: Y5 a" Z9 vchildren that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an& s; o& H& e" X) y. y% j4 `
oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It2 N" v6 i7 C9 d4 p1 G7 y& F
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,0 ~' W- h! I: y) i9 e: S
fun, and supportive environment./ J$ r' Z* z' K6 j+ _
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No' S" F/ Z, d; n4 j+ {) d
registration is required; a snack will be provided.# Z% j7 y3 P! [% I' ]$ p
