*resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.0 z" u: j w% B6 U5 V1 [1 g; r0 N, C
*Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants

With the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?
