•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
. E& F; [$ I  C6 L, J& q& P•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
( r7 E# i, f$ O- t3 d& p•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
6 j% C8 `& b6 l- J5 K•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
, J' ]& ^1 E% d•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
1 W! \" N3 K: f& m0 d  v2 L3 ^. d•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

2 ?; J$ B2 k) M7 ]0 N8 UJob Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
