Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

7 {% t8 f9 A0 Q! {, \Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
; N8 E9 O& g3 |' l6 \•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
) Q7 `8 F0 K% \9 y•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
9 m4 M1 A5 b3 t- Q4 F•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
) u+ f0 B. e' I0 R0 i0 r- K+ D$ W' _3 a•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
! c0 g6 Y( l- ^% b1 X•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
6 R' e, f1 f7 ?% x•        Completion of secondary education is required
  v. ?% v) C1 P4 r( s•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
) r9 l2 ?+ d8 a; r% I. i  l•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
% i9 w: @8 S. U2 g3 L•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
