7 C& n2 \& b" m( pMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
  V# Z! \; L+ P  a! f$ c/ F•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
6 F9 {6 ?3 `; A8 j0 b5 l•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
  J7 P$ A' ~, I. }•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
+ J& b4 V8 \9 ^•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
$ V  c8 u8 |4 `6 j•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
2 F5 o# r* R& K! p•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
