Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
& c6 w0 J& p2 e( }. A- N  ^# u) M9 Z•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
4 ^/ X& m! J% K( ?* r9 @•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
+ _) z, Q0 c  j! ~5 H* \( Y•        Completion of secondary education is required
9 Y$ A- [/ e- k•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
$ a8 U; F* v- P4 o" [- ?1 _•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
