* O* j% t$ T% T9 q% KMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
/ j  E/ s/ z3 [; N/ a% ^•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
# X$ s* P+ c$ K4 ^. r•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
" [4 |% ~" [0 n•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
$ B& z5 T  K- i& B! K9 o•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
3 [# m; u* U* E% ?% S; a•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

' u2 Z$ b. F& M' OJob Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
7 ^; @8 \- g' Q/ Y( Y•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
4 W: B7 b7 H1 p& V  |/ I! n% r2 u) o•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
