•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
: p* m/ k% d  p9 J! f/ I•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
9 }$ V* w  f0 Y9 \2 @•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
; |% C: D: Y+ j# L, j•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Job Requirements:
3 j: I- D3 E9 _! M; ^4 ?5 c•        Completion of secondary education is required
' a5 l; _$ w4 {7 A% g•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
) E* u( h! \; {- N6 H•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
+ X, m6 E. C" ?" F4 {5 u•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
