Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
! m, l; r- U9 m/ Z4 \$ S/ i# J6 ~) M•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
9 W% h. T" v& r* o1 ?. z2 d3 f•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
( P; E& Z- A$ d3 {/ D! T2 T& }•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
1 ]1 l  F6 U9 N  }4 u# c•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
: h! [- c5 n, h; {: y" @2 u: z•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
- a+ M' R  W$ y  J% T% [•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
* V" b- K, S% [( _  Q•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
6 ]  L0 ~( H& \- _+ w! V) w  s' N•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
