( ?$ @& Z9 x* g•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
' i# A: P7 J' C" R6 q& C•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
8 G6 J; A# r, ?  W•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
  _7 p; Q  W% N, Q7 `- M" [$ b' l' ]•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

' W# \, \9 |/ ^; S: C6 j•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
7 |  |) @: _' V  U8 C5 B, h•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
