Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

2 z( _  {- P6 t% _8 e) \% gMain duties:
  }7 F( W  ?/ E: u( _9 t•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
7 f3 H5 ?" A, o2 S•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  O* r9 [4 v: u! b; F•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
% z* Q$ F6 |" N% R•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
" t8 A" ?- D7 m. b•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
3 T" a8 P  \2 Z2 D6 l. D•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
# W* a4 f% z# j•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
