Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:; \6 p3 o8 j9 t" g

• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.! r+ Z" \2 M' [0 Z* N% x
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. ; T- d3 [$ \# ^8 H: Z n
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.( a- r3 z% e' `$ d p; n# T( q
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.

• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
; Y7 n& i. X# f1 o* ~• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.% }2 T0 D3 U, E# q) L, z; r
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.
# P! h0 B L& R• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.9 U) B E7 c& t* ?/ S# u& Z3 X
• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

Qualifications
0 J7 X8 d* [" z4 [Requirements:( B, g8 p/ N' c" _
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. , N# R3 F6 y% Y, `3 g
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. & X" F7 r7 o' `. j4 M
• Strong Union Relations experience required. ( t* i$ x+ ?& j
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
( n' V' R' v; k% {7 a# h. C• CHRP Designation is an asset.
