• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.

• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
7 o$ P6 o# L+ }6 T• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
4 s4 I: T! y" U! [& h$ ^- Z• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications) k* [! X2 { m
Requirements:" d/ ?% {9 X/ l
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. 3 h, G" j) a6 }! e/ G
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
* N' t2 s2 O. `3 R* r; x; l• Strong Union Relations experience required.
1 x8 u+ b4 g5 S0 A: I• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
