: u7 H9 I( T; s* o# N: i1 }( W5 dReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
! g$ x4 F$ z$ \/ s8 h• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
' D' {2 S9 A/ y8 L. T- Z• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.1 F; t4 g* I4 x' P% B# _( V% b
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.' R" [) r0 j6 ?: H
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
6 p1 ^6 K V8 Q• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
" l8 @. W4 E3 r5 W5 ] i. @* N9 [& q" O• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
8 r7 J3 ~; ]% z% ~4 m3 }) ?% [• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.

• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).& ~/ E; q% _9 t2 F9 X
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
& K. ^/ H4 n9 c1 ?* c8 x3 V. N• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.+ l: @; v |$ F! s- a
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.% k9 U1 @+ i, O
• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.& A" i) n/ K+ f+ m) s$ }0 L
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.& \8 G, I$ o" D8 M: r
• Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications
( _; X( p: s2 x" tRequirements:
' V* K1 ? F/ Z2 \+ x, e2 Q2 |* u- G4 h• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
6 |1 ^3 x! Q6 |& K5 G5 \% p• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. . g2 S2 y/ \. [+ n
• Strong Union Relations experience required. , f _. ?0 N) y& J J
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.& l9 t. F3 W6 \5 R; V( u# j6 L. g
• CHRP Designation is an asset.
