5 r3 d. ^- u; L. R! jReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

* A/ p6 W; b+ W• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
4 q' {" S+ {2 l. d C3 j, |& A• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.: U8 m3 b8 U/ ]& ]
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.% X; L* Q d& i
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
* D" ~+ Z" H' `( \( z6 i• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
" a( Z5 m ^0 P9 l2 E• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.7 }" _$ o, P% _$ X T% H4 Y, `
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.2 t& E6 {3 k! F5 P
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
" r R, s4 B* A* D• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

Qualifications8 \8 Y' N; W$ a- q2 i* Z
Requirements:( P0 C1 P5 Q% ~+ D
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
4 ?0 j* r- r: p p5 n; S• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.

• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
