Brandy Bananas

Ingredients

( s: V, e m+ h, F1 @% F [7 r/ v15ml brown sugar
z7 R$ K, s: n6 g15ml lemon juice
8 s' B/ D% ~1 ]" W9 u8 h2 bananas/ A- Y% L8 H2 h$ O1 j/ p
30ml brandy
) V9 N; i9 P' |4 cStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate
3 X6 ]; ?# X0 p% U. l7 b9 [Mint, icing sugar to garnish

! o: n# A/ v" S2 s: w u- n1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
% [* I, N8 g- O g2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.: N* |, B% s+ K# C' `
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
- f+ Z% ` i4 n+ o4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.9 R6 ^- h5 a. X
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
