15ml lemon juice

30ml brandy& q- b( C; B% e# u
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate. \2 q; e( f5 i- S! T
Mint, icing sugar to garnish: \ Q: r! g/ x, E, { T

Method
( J- t: |- g4 o1 u' q6 n. J1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan$ h- V9 X: H# }' g
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
; v# Q1 V4 X7 O3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.# i, J/ ~% Q& [3 }' S" y
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.: r' K* s. e, B$ R! l
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
