Brandy Bananas

15ml brown sugar
; J' a9 z4 V3 D1 y2 C15ml lemon juice

30ml brandy7 p9 H4 I* i# v6 h$ Q
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate! M' X4 Z! G3 G- P4 Q; ]
Mint, icing sugar to garnish

Method
; o0 n) X. j+ O! J6 \1 `1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan* G; p$ E. z: ]3 }
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
, k9 S( u7 M3 ]3 v/ b3 k y% f3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
( h% r9 C% \, q4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through. Y% v! M; ^# B! d9 m
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
