15ml brown sugar

30ml brandy

2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.( J- E5 K; p9 Z2 o3 Q f- [
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.+ _9 a) F$ ?- F4 M
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.8 V) y7 ]3 ^& u, j( r, `) l
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
