Brandy Bananas

25g butter

15ml lemon juice
% U% @$ A4 W3 m% x" j# g! G2 bananas
5 k) R/ `% t; I" \. q0 ?30ml brandy

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
3 V! S2 [& L5 q2 D2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.8 o& |( y$ Q! V$ d# f. h
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
& F* a8 D2 ?7 C: y V% r% ~4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through., T$ H6 X6 n- r3 {( l2 M& S
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
