15ml lemon juice
8 X) J. N& ]6 ]2 bananas

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

/ N( J; e Q, o1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan0 P7 a9 C4 I5 i3 t* F
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.: _5 C- v, C a
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
' u3 Y! z5 G; P" Y# {4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
