Brandy Bananas

Ingredients( _$ z+ N4 s* l* G. j1 p1 \
25g butter
  }; u1 P; N8 T5 \5 T9 W15ml brown sugar" ]  c% a+ p9 e+ a- C- w6 u7 v1 A
15ml lemon juice
% U% @$ A4 W3 m% x" j# g! G2 bananas
5 k) R/ `% t; I" \. q0 ?30ml brandy
  m! w6 x. ~/ X1 T. Y5 ZStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate0 E, q% w- U: L6 n
Mint, icing sugar to garnish4 z, @2 p) _4 x8 S8 s
% P7 s+ a$ t* B
Method7 j  o8 c  \. M& K1 _1 w5 S9 a6 `
1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
3 V! S2 [& L5 q2 D2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.8 o& |( y$ Q! V$ d# f. h
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
& F* a8 D2 ?7 C: y  V% r% ~4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through., T$ H6 X6 n- r3 {( l2 M& S
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
7 `# D* F. `+ d$ r8 s$ W# C( U/ d6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it.
