如果我们要表达“我不好意思去作某些事情”，英语该如何表达？

情景是：我（因害羞）不好意思去找某个男孩，或（因歉疚）而不好意思再麻烦一个人再帮我作同一件事情。

For the second case, I don't think you can use hearts in this expression. You can say I am not meant to do sth...
