如果我们要表达“我不好意思去作某些事情”，英语该如何表达？

情景是：我（因害羞）不好意思去找某个男孩，或（因歉疚）而不好意思再麻烦一个人再帮我作同一件事情。

英语里面有没有这样的表达：I have no heart to do something. （不好意思做某事）？比如在第二种场景下，用这种表达。因为这种场景时表达的是没脸再麻烦人家了。
