Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
( ]: ]3 C, X2 wShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

* ?! W1 r% r& X: U( d) ~# l•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
. A( N. l  n6 ?( y3 c- S8 K: M•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
" I5 h/ G! e5 }6 z8 J•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
) o9 d3 P% @3 @! ?2 T9 U•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
5 |  ?1 g* |& u1 V& s) o; V  Q- ?•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
% V7 R* V$ b# T% n•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

, V$ z0 N. _; c2 G* F•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
2 \) J6 b' V/ \  Q  d4 k% e•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
