) N: H/ Y  ~& W  AShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
4 ~" S! u7 s1 J+ w5 {" k( D•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
/ I5 j0 [, _/ ]) p+ @" _2 G0 K•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
& ^+ D' g8 U# U) _. g2 n•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:

1 ?* M1 F0 t; A* D•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
" w8 q: z/ ]6 i* m/ `% f+ Y2 p$ D•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
' I* J8 l0 i4 @# \; P4 @0 M•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
7 o' H- A) u* S•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
