• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food$ a$ N# @9 P; C$ I; H" P
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
1 G' r, k M2 T+ l• Establish methods to meet work schedules2 t! U) h( F( c) `" w. X
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
* w* y( s6 E3 D+ p7 Q1 D- p) Y• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
`' m) y0 o9 @( a• Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
: t7 q3 U; _/ @( ^• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards$ }/ M) R* z7 X) o, x& b
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

• Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
