5 Q- U, |9 T) k( YShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

9 q& k3 O3 _- k; LJob Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
+ o2 }7 |& U; J* f+ I  C4 m3 E•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
! W- Z, \5 }* j" c  X8 J, [  i•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
; H7 {/ f9 o. o: \•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
5 [' j5 j- W; o; [•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:

5 Z& T2 \) a. V•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
; m. A% ^! k* `# y•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
* V& g( _( S+ @9 b. l, i, D$ x: G•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
