Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
8 Y8 p4 W. k6 E% wWage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
5 ?+ c  B- e, x•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
4 Y! X& V7 \2 G6 e8 v•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- f1 {6 _* k! o% K- B$ S& U•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
- s* D7 c( _8 L" A•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
. B* i7 P$ j4 o1 w$ [" r8 ~2 p1 q•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
* _6 R6 \9 q* V( S! x1 l  _•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
