Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
: H  R- g+ |# Q$ P1 c( @Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

+ k# \0 W# }" {5 g; R•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
5 @" R0 I1 H1 y* I# P•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
) A) B3 x$ j( I1 h: d! H•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
6 A3 n) i/ K2 H1 R, N7 F•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
