Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
0 _  V2 x* ~2 t  dShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

# H( C" o2 k9 t1 }# O  N•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
( s8 Y4 }5 F% G' n% Z: ]•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
* X% I5 y- O7 I3 i. V2 D& O•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
% B- J7 C: v+ M: p0 D# E•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
1 T: }: w: r/ s: g7 u•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
  a% l% S! `' f5 r•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:
8 U" A7 g' U0 c: G4 C
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
