• Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
, Y8 T) y, o( {• Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
6 _- u2 O0 N2 W1 Y; X) I8 Y! ?• Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
