The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.- P0 {: H3 ^! \

• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community

• Completion of daily documentation and data collection: X8 M/ @. x6 B5 i* p3 U
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure: L' V9 S( d* K6 v) V" O2 N
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
8 b: Z$ L3 b% X$ s• Behavior management

• Completion of a high school diploma

• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
- E5 B5 n7 u9 Z; i• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)

; [4 Q3 I5 X9 y• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to complete physical lifts and transfers of individuals
