今天到JAYMAN的网站上去溜达，发现APRIL IS SOLD OUT！Check back regularly for what’s coming up in May.这是个什么信号? Calgary 的网却什么都还在，有谁给指点指点。谢谢。

四月份已无房可卖，五月份再来看看是否有房。

我看calgary的房子最近都没怎么涨啊，至少我熟悉的那个区是这样的

上2周才RELEASE一些房子（在不同的LOCATION，不太可能一下子就卖完了吧？),而且他们的房子上周才长了３％，不会一周一涨吧?

去其它BUILDER那儿问问看， 我上周也听说PACESETTER 4月份也没房子卖了， 好像

JAYMAN的房子这么紧俏啊，一直都很喜欢他们家的房子的说。。。
* j% W- H/ T+ A听说他们家的房子是节能型的，每年能比其他家的节省下来600多刀，请问各大虾： 是那样的嘛？

they still have lots, but they just stopped selling them, they will start to sell at end of May or June 1st at higher price!!!, Maybe 10% higher.

今天闲着

现在不是没有地，是建筑商在待价而沽，多数的建筑商都停止卖地，有的showhome已经关门一个星期。因为人工涨，房子不能按时建起来，所以，这个周3，landmark得duplex提高了建房条件，要把首付分期付，而不是像以前那样付10% 就可以。估计要到6月份才有地卖。哎，疯狂的房市！

昨天问了一下，RUTHERFORD的那个120A，9确实是卖出去了。还有一说，CALGARY的人北上了！
