& j6 s( z- U0 s6 ~0 [2 oThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in3 s% n! v; s5 u
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining$ \* d, m' o0 {, d  W; n
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

Responsibilities:
3 I4 f/ O3 Y  e& l5 G( Y· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;% s  a* Q0 h9 D! C
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
6 k4 Y6 C( C4 Y' S( X" {· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
7 \$ V" g. m: ?7 n! ^5 ^5 o1 @· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
* p* k9 G7 p" s· Collect payments for cash account orders;
  Q( `  r. D2 \& I& i1 S/ m· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;# i& w0 p8 }* w' X
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
7 f( z, J+ r. W7 e· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
. g2 s" U# m. q: [7 Q6 o% Ndatabase;7 x- h. w5 f+ ^! B- ~3 R
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;  @4 i1 {. [) U/ j! b! ^
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;/ s2 J- |9 [3 A8 k6 I& v/ g
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
3 }4 w, o& e8 @7 [Qualifications/Requirements:
, }# }2 y+ B) {7 k· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
$ C. Y( U! D9 w# B5 ilasting relationships with customers;3 j" Y+ C7 i$ a) Q& \
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;9 ^$ U, b) u: Y, |8 R8 x9 `
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;0 K1 ]) o1 {9 o: ]* W/ z5 R. Q
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
% X( y1 o* T8 n4 s% g· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
* b1 p  m1 M, e! N· Excellent organizational skills;& C% l9 y# j# \5 o* X" a7 |. p# Q
