5 \8 N/ p1 \; [# LThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
- p3 }5 h5 }0 u0 h+ I, Dperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
0 c6 j0 o8 G: U3 Q5 B4 rrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet$ |& g( h0 f8 v2 E
client demands are key components of this position.5 S- e2 E% ^' m9 J9 G
Responsibilities:
) Y( j& i. q- q! G· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
) m+ D7 v& Z5 @) s· Verify pricing and availability of product;
; w: z5 l5 B' t$ ^· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
! v- [; u6 G1 G! q. K% s· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;) p4 M- `  I- x1 O% b
· Collect payments for cash account orders;$ ?% y5 {' O0 u: o% G: z
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
  R# y' r' G$ @5 h· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;7 k4 T1 d. `5 K$ f
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate) _5 A+ g! y$ `' b3 v
database;, x  F/ L/ a- q7 W+ N
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
* [, S! e- _6 e· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;( p, _- |$ F, j5 a+ }' ]
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;7 x" ?) _" u) h
Qualifications/Requirements:/ b' T9 g+ p; ]0 |  F& K
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain  [" Z6 F+ ?$ l) i
lasting relationships with customers;% w& I( E5 j& S  V; I% X3 N
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
4 [- ]# j9 o# E0 L9 G· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
* [# \; ~$ @' T, M· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;3 D: Q: ^* ]* q
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
/ d* B$ [7 N$ h+ O3 Q; @· Excellent organizational skills;( V  }2 v3 j; c( f! E+ _  x6 J
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
