Role/Function:
0 a' n7 l+ K5 B) f# P: Y0 iThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
+ S9 \* t+ @# Xperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
! F* |8 m# N! E  J- s' V8 F3 Irelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet
& I6 c! B: I9 d0 Y* \client demands are key components of this position.
  y0 ^2 W" S9 G4 NResponsibilities:
! R' ~3 s/ |* s* B3 D; N· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
, [. J. ]5 d3 ~9 \· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
! }4 W+ l9 a0 K( Q. D· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
2 C$ u3 f  V1 t% Q% H· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
% }  r: H, A7 V& S: {7 U. F1 I· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
database;
2 a. D9 U  }: N5 c% D) q7 X7 S4 i· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
: b3 e: L' s. L· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
3 L4 F4 @( K2 w6 @2 }9 r& C" pQualifications/Requirements:
, Y) r; R# [; x( a; K· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
lasting relationships with customers;
* ^5 M9 w8 O8 y" z2 D4 g· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
' T+ h- B6 f0 \3 N) y/ z· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
· Excellent organizational skills;
+ u4 n( W/ a2 L. `· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
