Role/Function:
5 I- c1 _' s3 ~The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in. N7 h, ^9 F, T+ F5 @' _
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
7 [; D& R) x0 J! [# o6 y' xrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

Responsibilities:: G  _0 V& h% h' `
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;4 T2 s" l$ N6 J# s
· Verify pricing and availability of product;8 |& m# w; Z& A/ ]: a9 ~" l6 ]
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;1 v2 {- L8 _! Y+ u# d) o' H. l  e
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;" ]1 n( c3 j& y( L
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
+ D; c4 u/ [& \  K- J$ K· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;' f9 t# s4 [3 c3 U# T; n# U# c6 o" d6 l
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
8 f  i( Y4 Z* j7 T, u8 J· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
, w2 R. N7 x6 N, vdatabase;
) L* J# b* r4 E2 [4 [· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;7 R2 e0 ^  O  ], x
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;  M# E) y, c6 h; S9 l% K5 @, }
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;0 X; B8 {4 `' \; h1 S' D
Qualifications/Requirements:
; I4 b9 B! y0 M· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
8 ?& X0 Q9 y3 }1 Ylasting relationships with customers;
- u; {2 ^3 `- X( O· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
5 L$ s# s4 b1 z· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;9 u8 L( B* r6 [7 j
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
- m% m, D: |/ g· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);6 e4 g0 L& U1 s7 A) Y$ d
· Excellent organizational skills;/ `. G7 N! _4 V
