The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in: n- O/ _3 {' z" m, @& H) s6 Q! Y8 b
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining2 r' M. A/ s1 e

Responsibilities:8 t# }4 E; ^4 Z$ j
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;3 V0 l1 ?5 i! s# `0 d
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
; `* d. `% l& Z* D· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
9 e- |0 H. u3 N. G: i8 c" q! N· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;0 k1 H# k0 v8 N/ c
· Collect payments for cash account orders;& f4 `3 y- x3 A) f1 |
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;* O9 K, N* W: y5 B6 d& Q( D4 |
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
! y1 @( U- ^+ D3 ~- N& C N· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate3 u: i% T+ z# H2 h* A$ l
database;
, Q4 A& G6 t, F8 ^· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;5 O& O1 q) H9 L$ V ^1 O! q
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;% E& }. R9 P/ z' M4 R7 I$ I
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;% g. T- U/ j7 I# X
Qualifications/Requirements:. w; x- B2 r% i# m# V# R# Q n
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain _2 m- z j7 q0 E4 |6 k8 N- ]1 G
lasting relationships with customers;
/ o0 J% q7 u$ x' S9 }3 j· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
' O# ~1 o- d( z6 f, T4 H2 u9 O5 o· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;) C! H1 d1 H& S9 w
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
1 G9 l# N2 S* B# N· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
$ B! K' Y! z \& y7 d4 L· Excellent organizational skills;
