The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
1 x* z. L2 \: Z [# rperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining0 m; u$ j& F/ k! ? a
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet# V6 P" A, c) J
client demands are key components of this position.
2 v: L% `4 h/ _" RResponsibilities:# E; o3 b- ?. o G; D9 @/ L( e
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
# ]' S8 Y7 }0 j3 `· Verify pricing and availability of product;& t4 @- y( w# s* A
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;% I. y3 P" \! B& r, h) u/ b
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
6 d2 N5 G! K6 @' O0 ^· Collect payments for cash account orders;
% p4 r7 _* ~6 Q# k/ a0 ~2 o· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
/ i) V6 E1 ?- S1 e· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
/ x" r/ R, Y( `) e9 Y5 Y* H· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;$ s' p9 a% l2 r) {9 g. @7 ^0 a

· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
9 g- j2 I- z3 l6 tQualifications/Requirements:
0 v5 o+ l; H0 T1 S3 J· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain% L' j: ]; q1 E+ R
lasting relationships with customers;2 _: `) O {, t0 b' T% k+ w- l' c( v
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;1 S& E1 N% m8 F% O7 f- [: z/ D0 A
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; u, r# A5 u" [. m
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;2 w1 o# B Q* M% i3 b( K: {
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);: o7 {/ K: M% I: L
