The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
; ?0 I' b: j9 i# R3 Bperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

) B* u. |$ P; d% h+ ?· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
0 l: ^3 W N1 w: _; _; u3 D8 k7 L· Verify pricing and availability of product;) p: N/ x8 D# ]' y2 ^/ v# }
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
+ R! x& @" g/ _/ S. u' b# S· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
n$ m( V2 O9 H/ f" k. i7 J· Collect payments for cash account orders;
( r b# D( T8 U2 @+ u9 _· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;+ p% A: P% v$ H+ S2 {7 {
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;! O" f2 k# U) L9 S
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate# L) r$ N" k+ }$ H
database;
, u* {" a5 P, ?/ m3 S· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
7 j/ h M7 w6 r! Y' P/ \· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
: t! g" g, G' F2 G· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
* \' v4 `7 B" L! e& c, h' ^Qualifications/Requirements:( F# U9 C2 H2 p
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
7 ~& l% V4 G. G# V! [9 Glasting relationships with customers;$ q& C& n. G- O; w0 T$ j7 U
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;1 {$ Q- K5 C3 H) K. v- g& [4 W
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;: c" v! S# t3 X' f
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
9 Z" Y4 [/ ]# `# i5 V· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
