The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
+ Y' N8 j5 x5 |person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
9 m% ~- U% o" U& K" b+ e' x! j· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;! \' [" M. K9 j! ~6 ~* q
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
0 ^+ C3 k- r- P· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
5 K9 l8 q; O" l2 n* A( {/ [· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;- ~5 b4 s& _# s9 i- i
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
8 z# G+ R1 F. X3 V: K H2 n+ U7 D· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
5 z6 A# \. V0 s8 `9 C( _· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;; X2 Z8 w' t4 w8 n
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate4 a. t b; T1 ^! R& A
database;; S; _( A6 r: R( T: E
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
6 P, z, c: ?( A+ S, Y· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;1 q" ?( o' `& n1 ^1 f
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count; g( {: {% L% I
Qualifications/Requirements:% R# T- X, n! k* \/ u4 U
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain, T B) a0 N; Z- c" W+ b/ U" ^
lasting relationships with customers;: D4 h2 m0 z @$ Q% q3 P
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;/ m% V H! ~ D: s0 [% K' Y
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
^" u$ d2 z C0 i4 N' R· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
% ]# ]- Y9 P; y( e· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);" N/ x: u- b( T$ F
