The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
9 ?. I9 G& K, J+ i: rperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining3 H- ]; Q+ k# e9 [) [9 S

Responsibilities:
* H# V( |' L, T; R· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;# H P( ~. ?2 S4 Z, \$ q, V
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
: N3 g' B9 P7 }& g/ M· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;7 j1 q( z4 I. m, W" G* l* g. r
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
3 h+ H& _1 R7 P+ k/ b9 G· Collect payments for cash account orders;
2 X" f8 C# ]9 ~: a, Z. U· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
- f0 B! {0 Z A% W0 A/ @$ V( N· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
, o8 }& j8 k( D) B& f O) p· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate: j/ X) f$ e. m2 ~
database;
) O; }/ M/ t$ A· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
$ t: y& `9 L4 H· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;+ W+ ?8 Z5 h8 q) K2 b- b6 S! f4 m
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;/ Q1 f7 I- `' G. n$ t3 A
Qualifications/Requirements:/ l1 @$ w4 D( Y6 P1 Z3 F! x ?
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
* |! L' p& ^) R r" `. _lasting relationships with customers;1 q+ ^6 s' w3 `$ d7 b
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;0 M$ r4 T5 n0 s/ {
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
, J1 p; Z8 ~3 m5 d6 _" J! ^· Strong problem identification and resolution skills; h0 A7 w7 _. k" k8 B; k: E
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);; I! w9 Q e; }5 e3 {9 K# v( e; K
· Excellent organizational skills;
