关于fence的问题，有点急。

我是duplex，隔壁的印度人做fence，他找的是印度contractor.我被那个conctractor说动也同意做了，但是我另一侧的中国邻居说我们明年一起弄吧，所以我告诉contractor不要他来做了，他说没问题。可是今天他居然把我家的fence的柱子都建立起来了，我赶紧和他取得联系，他来了以后说他误会了，他说他以为是另外的中国客人，但是现在已经把柱子都弄好了，他求我不要把那些取出来，他损失不小。我说一是我不太好和中国邻居交代，二是我怕影响明年我们装板条等事情，如果和柱子材料不同是不是有问题。他说只是把柱子弄起来了，不影响以后往上加板条等事情。所以我想在这里问问，是不是像印度contractor说的那样。另外，如果明年我和中国邻居一起弄fence，现在的情况对他那边有影响吗？谢谢指教。

请问楼上的青蛙啥意思？呵呵。另外还想问，现在我的deck还没做，做deck需要机器进到后院吗？因为现在有柱子了，不知道影响未来deck的建设不。

你可捡了个便宜，明年或者就这一两天去HOMEDEPOT 买点FENCE 板，用一天时间就搞定了，呵呵

leave there there for you (under the risk of you complaining etc.)

The best he can get (ranking from best to worst):

/ ]$ ~+ _* \5 L2.he gets the post material money and partial labour fee from you
3.he gets the post material money but no labour charge
4.he gets nothing, just waste his material and labour
5.he pull them out, get the posts, waste double labour

Bargain with him, best for you would be pay the material fee and none or partial labour fee.
