Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
6 P9 d0 F$ Q4 m6 U. F! T! R2 E" R* e Take attendance if available
8 R: ~3 q. J4 d0 R( ~ Provide positive modelling to youth
" s* }! C) b3 D+ ?# n  ^9 ^ Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
! r+ X$ g* ~* K/ O& Q+ b6 {2 b! c Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
( f0 o* l$ G# i2 I; A( x Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
7 v  ?! P* p0 a1 d0 U Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
8 \4 V- J6 m' H! [# [$ d Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
2 `/ g$ ~2 N9 n0 Q1 R Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
( n% A+ g3 Y" v! h; Z: l( k Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
# J* o1 z7 |7 x7 \4 l$ d2 \) d, }7 e Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
, t! Z/ c! V+ e$ T! {( i Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
