The Position
( A6 s) b5 V$ bThe Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit: A Capital Campaign for 630 CHED Santas Anonymous, is looking for a
skilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
Duties and responsibilities
General
• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
  y! O; d3 `! Q! K• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
2 m# O2 K' K5 r+ a" u! N• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
8 |! d. e& q6 E* S  R0 `8 hdevelopment, distributes and files same
• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures
# R5 k, ?! F! ]7 `% p8 j• Archives files
• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
- f. I3 X  ?$ z$ B- H! M• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
• Appointment and meeting scheduling
• Assist in planning and preparing for special events
" K  }6 U6 G) _: f4 w* _& V• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office
Administration
• Provides administrative support to the project leader and manager of marketing and fund development as

• Accounts payable complete to checks
; y7 G6 \: ~% Z/ ~: ?• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
3 f7 r9 g; L5 z• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports

/ ]! [2 ]; @" ?• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
" R) O- w6 B* s6 l0 bsoftware (Income Manager)
• Ability to flex time as required
• Clear criminal record check

• Part time – 24 hours per week.

630 CHED Santas Anonymous is spearheading the Capital Campaign to construct the Jerry Forbes Centre for
Community Spirit: a 70,000 square foot multi-tenant, non-profit centre and volunteer workshop.

organizations sharing resources and talents for enhanced program delivery. It will provide affordable and dynamic office
and warehouse space to non-profit organizations in need -- and become a legacy of goodwill for decades to come.
