5 m7 u3 Q# t& U* m, ~        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
9 I, y) C  L0 L! @- a•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

) }# U8 k- u& @: jPreferred Qualifications
7 {' K. s" f' c( x9 ]$ r  m+ e•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
' I9 u$ Z) Y; J/ D4 l. O•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
