Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
4 C; w0 `+ D0 B4 Z2 J  F5 f•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
8 S* p. O1 g) T- J* ], R•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
; V" i% H3 X. k0 {! `' N•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
: ]$ e3 Y% P* l+ A, Q+ [•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
