This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. ! x: ?# y, y6 J& l4 _

Responsibilities* x; |4 \/ R+ }7 j/ f& Y6 `* g* S
• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners* i' X0 T5 b0 e7 ?( W
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
1 u2 G4 `$ m5 ^! N& d+ J$ G( @) J$ d2 g• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
' p4 t$ h! J# ?5 z9 L; _• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

: T( I8 z" j k5 Q( ]+ q• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
) A' I- F! B) ~8 h; ?. x2 V• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse & z5 w5 O4 [8 ^4 `
• Experience in project management & report writing 1 }5 F8 j1 j$ Z: L. i
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable0 h# i q4 m" c; o$ j$ B2 a W
