Position Summary:
% X. M0 U1 q7 O1 X8 N* `0 x        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
2 _# e$ B3 L2 q$ K( x* h•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
9 t, y& @6 D. t% E•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
: Y; V$ v3 P8 A& e•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
* |  N( f) e) j•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
: T; _; ~& ~! ^1 @. ^6 J•        Experience in project management & report writing
6 V% p7 v( R+ r. ?2 r•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
