Position Summary:
0 Q9 q7 j) \0 [0 b  i+ Z2 ~        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
; n8 t! X( R! }  a3 @0 _: k/ b) r•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
* K+ d' ~+ B1 k3 i4 g•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
5 ]& E" t+ [" i3 J, L* _•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
9 @6 u& g: t; {6 t$ @9 r8 o•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
3 p- `8 I- G" y6 r. b2 g1 u1 |•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
8 L* @8 u; B/ t8 b7 J& _•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
