Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

7 L% g4 {5 b$ d: W# O- \Responsibilities
" w' s0 H8 K( u9 E•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
) }' [% ~+ q" W: `" S•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
; ~9 Q' ^" `4 B( Q/ {% z0 {+ @•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
