§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
' [. ?' A  l) f& x- A§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
  ^& l* E! \- \" e6 D' R) H% x§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
6 R- }: g, H$ r8 f, `, r§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
+ s( B" B1 `  j) f
& Z, S+ q9 I7 u: p- I1 gPreferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
' p" @. g1 H5 m1 V* V1 I0 A§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
! R+ w# k( Y3 E4 ~5 Y§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
# \6 s4 r( x1 t7 c3 Y, r§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
/ g9 A+ R* e- F2 r: c9 D( b§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
