: Z& e# M0 m0 S* R4 xDuties & Responsibilities:
5 z, B! C3 S; s7 A- @# N# n. \§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
! f; d% M3 V2 f  ]- b8 O§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
! S% Q3 `+ o; I. Y- ^5 y§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
; g" v% A' ~6 f% L1 u- {' {§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
. ^/ N  G* m  t
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
, V) Y9 W( [9 ~# b8 X  i§ High School Diploma
& [0 ^+ T. J  j% ]§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
1 w. j, D1 c6 O& t5 G. M+ K§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
