Duties & Responsibilities:
$ ?% Q0 j; c) A# ~4 O§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers 5 Q- V; |) ^1 _& c; @% \5 I9 h( t9 S
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock / f2 P. y( i1 m0 @9 d
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays . D) e2 q) B3 @. x6 B# V& D
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
+ z% h' y& j0 e% f! F
% w# k$ ]" s; D. n' n! WPreferred Education & Qualifications: ; p# f" |* ] E+ B' B( a, x
§ High School Diploma ( I) G; W- W3 j- s* G
§ Valid Drivers License
8 t$ v5 {# G7 w, |2 S§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role . }* l0 `$ e4 T7 P5 D/ X
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge 4 f" n" i- x7 x5 C/ ^2 \/ G9 k8 M
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills , ]5 U/ z" a5 E+ g- K$ [; d- n8 {
§ Ability to use computers
