Excellent rate if your Mortgage amount is big and you do not want take a risk of interest increasing in 5 years.

现有一Mortgage，３.2%，２０１３年１月１日到期，１４４k，罚金２k。Renew费$560 。不知道有没有必要换成五年3.09%，欢迎发表意见,在此谢谢！

我的情况也差不多3.05%， 2013年4月29日到期~~不知道要是换了这个利率好不好，
