有没有办理过配偶团聚的，请帮忙告诉以下是否需要填写5409表，多谢了，另外，现在盛情的时间大约是多长？

That form is Stat. Declaration for Common Law Reunion.  Unless you do not have marriage certificate.  You do not need to fill in this form.  I am applying my wife to here from CHina and I did not fill this form.

4 L+ V$ b0 w  `% B+ u& ~1 X$ ~4 a9 @Mail the application to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.  It takes about 45 days for them to approve your sponsorship and then they will give you a file number and send the application to Beijing or HK VISA office to process.  VISA will take another 3 to 6 months for approval and interview if required.
