An arrest has been made in connection to the death of a York University student last week.0 N3 W# g6 V4 I4 x: Z
, s/ w p" g) s3 c5 JPolice charged Brian Dickson, 29, with first-degree murder in connection to the suspicious death of Qian Liu.
