This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
) T  n  b3 C. g6 H% S/ a4 v# X( I2 M•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
& k: `+ X9 e) ?  i4 n- _( q•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

( N- P. j2 B- ~7 T2 USKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
; q  g& ]4 e" O9 P4 s8 c•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
