This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

7 t/ y! I7 r  Z- a) _: m, VDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
0 }' w+ @( l; u; y8 f( U•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
6 L2 F" L4 O" u: `& d•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
4 @8 A4 n. B: X  P0 Y•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

5 {2 G- P: E$ R) `SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
! D8 N9 W' x  x. u% L•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
% \5 B7 K2 {( z) b# b  V•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
" M/ y5 [4 E: |  ]3 N3 {0 k! Q1 y•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
4 E* g; l  T4 d+ z1 }2 A' p6 X6 T•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
