FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

+ O- x9 z  ]8 uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( b$ Y; M2 ^8 m•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
1 _4 s9 ?  ~' r# W, Z. }# l$ y•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
9 v" P6 {7 m* ^6 U+ \* e- e  `•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
, a8 E6 x+ u) C5 C! t- b# j•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
$ ^3 ^& }, r* ?•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
