Position Summary
. r. V, S# \" t9 b5 a1 T. ZUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
# C/ `4 C8 ~9 y7 Xplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal4 y. R# O# E4 F" s3 S
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
& A" j1 e$ w# a, K
( f; J6 W% r% Y$ e8 T, q$ WTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
. c6 | c) T# w. |1 E8 t# e+ _+ TMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
0 O1 U1 y$ N6 l0 U; AMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s) E3 z C7 e+ W3 c0 u/ R
School)
# Q3 G, o1 Y: e/ r7 x8 X$ nMust have supervisory experience; z/ N f' z4 z9 [; r
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system& S o8 l4 M* D; A f
Must be computer literate6 X8 d, z( U; T# N6 z' f+ V
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.3 b3 `6 p2 B8 M) s- a# s" T
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
+ N* W4 B1 Q3 @9 NMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
' f' f1 k2 D! C4 U. xMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already4 g4 x* ?8 {2 Z) r. c
