Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
5 T( h, n+ J, F3 O: W+ sUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
/ A% ?$ i# p% C' i: R
( D$ H* ]$ ?2 L( eTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
2 ]3 O+ W5 x& y3 r0 {Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
$ E+ \% \5 ^+ ]/ B% zSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
7 P4 _4 }7 Q' bMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
7 Q( n# f2 Y  g( f! A; c$ K5 [" AMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
" Y" B5 ]8 S/ B! L4 f1 T: t: IMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
: L' @* W( r+ R- Q7 g* nMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already

Wages according to qualification and experience
