Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
2 I1 M4 |4 D& d0 J8 p5 [& Aplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
$ J, d% Z. d) J9 g( }Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).8 K7 {6 I, b6 ]6 k" O/ n
) Z! o6 A+ {1 L: ^To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

1 C! N6 ]. Z6 {, fJob Qualification+ r, b: B, c8 z+ c/ K4 R* Y8 _
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services! f2 j2 C3 p! ^! f) X3 ^
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
8 ]: Y- s( v: F+ A3 W6 R; m& wSchool)
! }# s6 M- k9 D* Q HMust have supervisory experience
, J1 ]( Q% ~7 ]& tMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
9 r- M- _3 J& ~$ X: s) BMust be computer literate [4 u" F2 L& X4 c
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
3 _! W' @1 {$ ]5 i& n# G1 {Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network5 G8 [: b* c9 |; g
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills: x% m, n2 T4 r( S8 e; H
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already' A. E1 p8 H {3 N7 L6 }3 p
