9 d0 V( K. p- M" ~- H4 OCreating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

/ V" u9 F' f5 ?, }# z! l8 PTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

! o' u# y- O% D8 l2 U( n8 x. aJob Qualification
: }0 g# E+ N( p$ L: q) QMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
/ J! l4 |6 ~- F+ n7 x- RSchool)
! _/ D: \7 G) _; e) h! |3 jMust have supervisory experience
" J- Q5 _  N. eMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
5 y5 j6 I# N" N  dMust be computer literate
' X8 n: g' ~  P7 x9 lMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
: }9 |  t( Q/ m& E; \& JMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
& o3 u+ F5 n6 kestablish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
