CRNE Study Group for Internationally Educated Nurses

Directions for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) is offering a study
group to assist Internationally Educated Nurses in preparing for the Canadian
Registered Nurses Exam (CRNE).

- v! p# o, t1 b' AThe emphasis is on reviewing materials as outlined in the exam syllabus through a
* H) ~5 n' c8 y+ h3 lquestion and answer format. Participants will become familiar with the learning
+ `( D  [  r6 K) _+ N' t' @material and develop test taking skills. The study group is co-facilitated by a Career
8 c3 Q& \" ~% P: _+ HCoach and a professional in the field.

To join the CRNE study group, participants are required to be deemed eligible by
; m3 S+ u, p/ u: o1 wCollege and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) to write the
& N3 T5 f$ X: a0 \October 5, 2011 exam. Individuals who are completing required coursework and are
intending to write the CRNE, may be eligible to participate in this study group.
; r2 R: M  K0 ?6 j3 wParticipants must ensure availability to meet study group attendance requirement.
) d# b; ]2 B  A: d# cRegistration for eligible clients is based on a first come first served basis. Since spaces are
limited, early registration is strongly advised.
