CRNE Study Group for Internationally Educated Nurses

Directions for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) is offering a study
group to assist Internationally Educated Nurses in preparing for the Canadian
8 x. `' ?# v, j6 W; j  d. o' RRegistered Nurses Exam (CRNE).
. |5 X: V# k( v1 k0 C% o" i# ]$ f
) X- G& z/ l0 nThe emphasis is on reviewing materials as outlined in the exam syllabus through a
/ X/ g9 s% h: J8 X( }# wquestion and answer format. Participants will become familiar with the learning
" F6 X" u8 P) z9 e* D5 R+ C' umaterial and develop test taking skills. The study group is co-facilitated by a Career
; \8 H  X# H# e) P8 l5 FCoach and a professional in the field.

To join the CRNE study group, participants are required to be deemed eligible by
: @2 |- t3 ~* ]6 Z/ P# t9 K! VCollege and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) to write the
' _# V, c1 e" m( Y4 YOctober 5, 2011 exam. Individuals who are completing required coursework and are
8 u9 z/ R" r- V* {7 n+ @: Uintending to write the CRNE, may be eligible to participate in this study group.
! W& q" p8 {: ~4 T7 |Participants must ensure availability to meet study group attendance requirement.
Registration for eligible clients is based on a first come first served basis. Since spaces are
1 Z) o0 w  h& I8 h! mlimited, early registration is strongly advised.
