5 p, r: r8 ~7 T& f, ]) u' @2 JJust find out that Italkbb charged more for this month.  I called the service phone 1-877-482-5503 and was told from now they are going to charge 11.5% tax even if we are in Alberta.  

5 n5 ~# M6 i% @- A5 b$ b1 sI remember we had the same issue about 1 year ago.  After lots of complaining, Italkbb changed it back to 5% tax.  But now they want to charge 11.5% again.  Please check out your bill this month.

是不是这次想出了个对付税务局的办法，又来收钱了

提醒，看了楼主的帖子才赶快看账单，果然是涨价了。
. a5 ]( b* F" ]; \3 }- w# {当即打电话，说是除了5%税之外还有*—……%￥费，说得快的只听清最后一个是什么转号费。complain之后说要给领导反应一下，看能否豁免。几分钟之后回电说合约期内可以还按照原先的收费。但“系统”还是按新收费标准，需要我每隔一段时间给他们去电话，然后再从账单中扣除。

给他们打电话complain，答应3个月按原来收费，然后收11.5%税

刚才也打了电话给他们，答应把多余的收费取消了，BTW，italkbb好贱！
