Any body has an idea, if i deposit money in TFSA, is that before tax money same like RRSP, or not?

/ @5 H  Z0 S+ [2 Q& LI mean, eg. my annual income 50,000, i deposit 5000 in TFSA, my adjusted income would be 45,000?
