同胞中买这家公司的不少，没人灌水就表示不咋地噻、、、到已开工的地儿去逛逛，才会有比较。

My friend did, to my observation, not bad at all, IMO above average,  especially the furnace/heating system.

To be honest, Avi's floor plans are crappy. But they are very good at market management.
) [1 f9 X1 a$ o2 P& V3 f" ]. QThey bought a bunch of small lots (at Uplands and Margrath Summit) from the developers during the recession, lowered the architectural standards, and then sell over-priced houses on attractively priced lots.
