Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
" e8 O5 {; ]" R-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
9 }2 j! v( S' f1 I0 H0 \-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
( T/ T* J! C- P* q8 l-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
6 u1 M8 o; J1 }# J" I
-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
. c1 _7 z5 F8 {% X( H-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset

-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
