Just wondering how the value of the house is assessed by the government? Recently saw this ad: http://www.edmontonchina.cn/viewthread.php?tid=407691 and its sailing price $ 289,900 is much higher than the assessed value by the government ( by last July): $212,500.% n- ]. n, K6 p: T7 s1 u8 V

BTW, the mission of a realtor is on behalf of the seller, is this right? Is there any kind of realtor on behalf of the buyer?
