If want to sell house, is it free for realtor to free post on MLS?

free post是指自己卖，没有commission的吧，明白的人帮忙回复。

天下没有免费的午餐，在comfree发也不是免费的，何况MLS。目前新的政策是，你可以找个realtor把你的房子放到MLS上面去，realtor只收你一个post的钱，比如说700块钱，跟comfree一样，不管你卖掉没卖掉，这钱是一次性的。帮你post的realtor只是发信息而已，他不负责帮你看房、谈判这些事情，都是你自己操作，所以他也不收你的commission，将来房子卖掉以后他帮你上报到地产局。
