which bank is best to apply for line of credit?

I heard after you bought a home, you can apply for line of credit just in case short of cash flow.

Any good suggestions? how much is the application fee?

: z3 J' N/ S! R% K. u+ Q) |depend on which bank, every bank has a little different, but at first i suggest  you  go to the  bank that you got the mortgage, maybe it is better for you.

Just heard that last year TD promotes the line of credit, and they waive your application fee. Does it just occasionally happen or I can wait a chance this year too?
