8 w) t9 e n, O3 b9 v Proactively and independently develop initiatives in ethno-cultural communities that

 Develop initiatives that convene stakeholders, community organizations, government agencies and foster collaborations between immigrant and main-stream stakeholders. 6 G' }% x+ _( N; g) d
 Proactively assist immigrant communities with: identifying needs, training, strategic planning, board development, project development, community economic development, funding proposal writing, program planning and implementation
# c% o$ f5 }: L z0 h) G$ E5 q2 f Develop Community Economic Development initiatives and provide small business coaching to groups and individuals

 Demonstrated ability to independently develop community initiatives

 Strong group facilitation skills

 Understanding of cross-cultural issues
, H% t8 B6 x0 p6 \' J Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proposal writing skills & w- b$ t; L7 M7 i# u
 Strong organizational and Program delivery skills

 Post-secondary education
