Duties
! W4 c. y9 K+ F! D8 kAssists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)+ F- R0 X ^7 r8 i/ O$ T, w
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required
|, K7 ^; I: p5 mPerforms other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred: O/ Y$ ]5 {/ P* I
Demonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
6 [% t/ C( p/ a7 ~# T6 E+ s+ PSolid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset# p7 U j. |0 O m( g. E1 i
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred0 Z: R, j3 k3 P0 O( d- E6 O
