 Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.7 y& U1 M3 C3 Z2 E% ~/ T( H
 Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.% \! k- ~0 I Y
 Completing required paperwork.

 Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.

 Representing the Teen Centre in a professional manner.

 Reporting to the Program Manager on a Regular basis.

 Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.9 s" ~& G1 z9 z3 R0 x4 F
 Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.
5 ?$ n* H4 ]4 L6 Q8 b" j9 F Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.
" V- j% C( X+ o- ^5 h# e& \ Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.% u W- F- x5 L3 v1 V5 E7 S
 Knowledge of community resources.) j" n6 k0 g# [! G. `# B; e
 Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.

This is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
