( x, T& [: B+ { Facilitate delivery of safe and supportive drop-in programming, while supervising youth.8 y' P" S9 N- w/ L
 Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.
+ ]+ @+ x* i# ^# I2 Y- r. n Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.7 T7 G B# ^! G# z' _
 Completing required paperwork.! b7 q4 A! u/ P9 \
 Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops., `1 ]7 i& |& B9 _- t
 Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.# |8 h) ~, y! S7 y) N* h
 Maintaining confidentiality of client and program personnel information.

 Maintaining professional boundaries between clients and staff. a5 |1 v8 a) c+ Y0 Y0 O
 Provide additional support to the program as needed under the direction of the Program Manager.

 Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.' Q/ \) ]9 s9 I1 n! X8 v$ \
 Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.
! e. \$ f; ^( c4 C: j, Z0 e Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.5 ~% P! i0 Z) c" y! W! Q! A5 a
 Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.

This is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
