两年RA抵一年full time吗？

请教一下各位，两年大学的RA (part time)还能不能等同于一年的full time job?

最近政策刚变，有点迷糊了。学生到底是否可以申请？以前几个做学生的朋友都申请技术移民了。现在真的不能申请了吗？

不太清楚622新政，不过总的趋势是减少fsw，增加cec和ainp. it makes sense especially since the debut of pgwp: canadian degree+canadian work experience=pr

那如果本科在加拿大毕业然后再读全职的Master，还可以申请CEC？不管小时数？
