The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required; Q3 ~1 k t! y5 l" o* R1 Y
• Answer multi line telephone system

9 Z) e6 z, i/ Z8 ?9 z' q7 x. a• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads

• Input and manage high volume of data, b0 ?9 U \) k" m
• Update and maintain databases0 C* U6 t% R. o0 i3 @; Q( D
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
0 H% ?8 y' E# w8 s9 `• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation' B& Z, z8 Z& n- }) Q" P1 r
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits1 k3 c9 H! q5 v% X( j
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
: Q8 ?% Y3 c$ Q; [$ q• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

Qualifications:1 t+ s/ [- D# ?0 }

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure* @- p: J5 B% q/ y2 G% C
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

* m0 X: Z$ w4 b: i1 T+ b9 w7 u; c• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work5 e, f2 c, L+ E3 d
