The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
1 G; ~0 I0 p' ^ o5 I% h• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads6 D ]; Q7 J0 u7 W
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits8 U7 `+ d9 q0 H! _( |
• Input and manage high volume of data/ E6 Y7 f4 |- z
• Update and maintain databases+ I2 C9 I8 w" d0 h% [2 q3 b: j; L
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
6 c x& T+ X8 h% y• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
7 {0 S/ Y/ _. D( d% \, U• Process payments and complete weekly deposits0 e$ I. v, V% O8 R9 h9 p, Z3 y
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms( G8 R! U* ]( @) j! b4 |, R
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors i- x: k1 x( N5 I- k$ B" W
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre& A7 I: P, f( }4 Z5 r3 G3 Z# |: O
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

9 I* d5 L! N6 i( w• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure3 w8 Z+ V- E4 a x% b+ r8 e v
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
