The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.: L5 \' \ T8 Y

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
* U% h1 ^; l) h' m- F# \% ]• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads4 E: \7 z7 k6 P4 S i! T
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits7 h( r( M8 {. L: k) H- j
• Input and manage high volume of data: B+ u, J' f* r# O N
• Update and maintain databases) u0 ^4 r, {: P. q7 |- c' @
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
( V9 M* k7 C( O9 n t* r• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
! ]0 K o' v+ g; }• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
: o5 W; Z& Z I* z# {- d• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
5 }4 ~0 [! ?0 B+ m; _• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors: k4 R) c; r, t$ o
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre: e. \, M. |' d5 c$ a) \
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

Qualifications:) m: N$ s* f0 o& {$ k0 E* O
/ Z; u0 j' ~ R5 w" A6 U; W; i! k- ^• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure# q5 k0 o4 r! p
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS & f# d) A0 u1 z5 u9 s- w2 j' G
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2 p" b0 f4 G+ s7 X. O' H8 y• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
