The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. - x: d5 K% c: G& }* g
1 Y+ V4 X: e5 A/ QThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.& L# y7 z7 v% A( Q

2 {( @3 G5 i( j5 C% w: x% H• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
( f/ ]4 E& V+ D h% ` ~• Answer multi line telephone system+ @% w8 a# J! ^, k, H- e
( w* y1 T4 }; mAdministration:
% [. M3 }/ d3 s( b5 A" O" B6 g• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
. G3 k- f! K/ A; x; {4 a• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits+ t7 Q0 a# N& s$ Z8 N' |- z! e M2 ^, U
• Input and manage high volume of data) w" M* \8 X2 U
• Update and maintain databases9 H( u! Y7 A# U
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
& p/ K2 H5 X" j* {! G• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation# d3 V! b$ S0 _! L* P8 J, D
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits* n( @1 e4 g4 X
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
1 F1 Y Q/ `6 V& J0 V• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

) W; `! k+ M! E) ^8 c• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

Qualifications:: N6 W, b T9 O8 m9 i# F6 _0 K) ^
) K3 I% m K& H
• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure. E# Z) @3 J% z3 P' E
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
4 c3 b8 O0 g: u, K) |! }• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8 R8 F% c( j M6 J6 y• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work( u B3 b( o' p( J
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population% h6 w2 A. [! T4 r% p |+ m( |4 m
• Strong customer service skills
