我们计划在11 月份出去玩 (13号到21号), 大概7-8天,  地点还没定, 可以去CUBA, MEXICO, 都可以.

No. not in the south e.g., cuba, cancun etc.
Most of time in Nov. you can swim outdoor, need an air conditioner in hotel and drink cold beverage.

in addition, good price now. it's be double expenses in Xmas's time.
