Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach 0 v2 n0 D8 w, P7 n
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first + F+ z. ^' ]0 o2 G- r# ?3 H
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth ' }2 k/ R$ y/ h' w+ X4 G
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
: M* U: J' V- c5 l8 [youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
( A9 p4 ]4 A4 L. J9 `in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 3 ]7 Q7 s) N: V3 V) c
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
5 H0 F5 l# z, _# t* Lbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be / O0 g" r) \& K: }, i7 ]
accountable to the project coordinator. # t0 N" s2 q, W
$ p* h# `, o# a% u fThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own - V+ b# P8 h/ |4 @3 }
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ! [1 p0 W8 w v# R
desirable.

Qualifications
. n3 T, t1 Q, p# M18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ; P* p3 E' _+ d* G
Keen ability to organize and lead . |6 |, {; i5 }+ G. D7 e
Regular attendance at meetings
3 v) A4 D3 [! ^( [; t4 _Relate well with other youth and adults
" k9 U6 J) l) l8 P( t; M& PWilling to be mentored and trained
