6 e/ Z9 B- _& M' p. y+ {" yTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
; h& ]; B- [$ ]their development.

5 w& M1 [" R; {" ?, UTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
- @9 g: \0 T( [/ M) Oyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
3 p" x. }( ~: G& v2 Z# bin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
; ~1 i/ w# K' w3 i3 w* q$ M' bare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
* x# ]5 D8 j/ X; z& @5 ubalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: z' s7 \1 i' F& caccountable to the project coordinator.

- j; b; m0 F! j: Y$ iThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
. k' d* m: q7 v2 l+ ~, L: Z% URegular attendance at meetings  
  O, _( C- n. |Relate well with other youth and adults
+ D7 Y* U- n5 B- {; C6 e) eWilling to be mentored and trained
* ?- ^- U) y1 G+ X4 ^5 N/ a
Salary  
$15 per hour plus benefits
