Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
0 k. {: b5 j7 M" d) [# zservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
9 M' R1 p4 q2 jtheir development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
" U; d( [. }* R5 @$ l. w+ ^) Nyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
8 H  T" Q5 Q! k7 Sin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
5 i$ X+ o1 P( K) dbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: @9 F) y- l0 {  Faccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
$ q4 ?  M" |) F& h! Lschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

Qualifications  
% n( T: C0 d6 v! H4 S5 [: x18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
4 I" f# g' r) M, K4 z" VKeen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
$ D+ _& r+ B* y, K9 Q, X+ bRelate well with other youth and adults
( ?2 K% e! P. B) T( a' k  v. SWilling to be mentored and trained

Salary  
$ Z" U3 o- T' x$15 per hour plus benefits
