Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
, J3 I) W7 O5 [  }services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
* A4 M# b, C) N8 h. Htheir development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
4 ~7 i+ V# U+ A* t4 D9 Uhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
1 o' u* c$ A& {$ h  C' fin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
; h" I( m/ j( u7 ~$ o- W" Obalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
3 {3 |' y' I/ g! N  |accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings

& C6 ?0 Y3 P# f5 E$ yWilling to be mentored and trained

$15 per hour plus benefits
