Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach & h! a* [& U+ z
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

7 T8 b% p1 Z+ A9 U% PTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first 6 E% O& Z4 p/ v5 e+ z B
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
5 v5 E# G0 B9 REmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
6 @# }3 y* @ z; j2 {/ Hyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
. p5 N" p: [7 p$ `; q, T. f$ `in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You . M3 T, I! g& {8 B
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 1 t$ k. A, f0 Z& h4 D
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 9 n: }/ ~ L; Q- J" X! j1 O0 j
accountable to the project coordinator. ; O) p/ r1 R0 g" a
5 f) R# e# l- T. O M, w& ^The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
' E7 w B3 a' M( `0 e4 }- u3 `' z; a# x* vschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

Qualifications
- R: I! M1 k6 y18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills + E8 J- n" S3 F# G- G) ~
Keen ability to organize and lead
/ A/ |% e1 y7 c" {, O2 }Regular attendance at meetings
5 H S8 N5 v0 `2 Q5 VRelate well with other youth and adults ( ?8 c) o7 ?& {. I* m0 x& H0 m
Willing to be mentored and trained $ K) b; a) G' I
