Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach * w9 e o# M3 R. ^
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first ; g, o% v" S. @- }) Z7 y
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
$ p3 S! i' K8 ^! h, e9 MEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a / l9 i( \5 H6 D( Q' S( t
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 0 S- Y7 d. U5 D0 U
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 4 @8 @' \( R( y I! ]0 |
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
% B& _" }1 r, U& y6 Wbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 2 Q) c P( {& l$ w, g0 ~. U$ E
accountable to the project coordinator. 3 }0 \/ W8 q; W0 N# ^- F' C9 `/ D
' w+ v/ C) `0 n% L; }! a+ SThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own # K7 ?! j" F- k" x/ W+ w4 g) i
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
( T6 X+ { B8 a6 Qdesirable. : \" e6 P* X3 o4 h

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 3 L+ w% u% z, I. W$ x Q
Keen ability to organize and lead
7 \( J. Y6 h8 b( ]8 \Regular attendance at meetings
+ ]) U# x5 s3 p! N) YRelate well with other youth and adults
) ?5 G$ t- }+ ]) b/ P+ m9 @Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary
