Job Description: 3 x/ Y- b* g- ^
- Checking guests in/out , G1 y3 Z! p" h2 ^
- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services9 O; {) y" O& k1 R
- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints , ^* b, p, I7 a3 `/ x2 ?
- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash
T" `* z5 r6 d0 ]- B- Balance credit card machine
- H1 I6 S' C& Y: i- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
$ W1 ]! p q; u5 _8 Q) h- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems 2 E- d4 P2 Z* Z
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment% Y' u1 o% l* t2 K- X
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards ( |" t# L! @8 x
- Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Managers - G4 W" h% P4 U4 Z
Skills/Requirements:- P" k& S; {; D5 g+ s0 {
- Completion of High School2 l+ }2 s+ P2 a/ }
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
* Q2 Q2 s6 g7 g6 D- `" b- n; I# T- Good computer skills : I o- Z& h! M4 ]9 \
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment
. ~7 ]8 f% X: n/ j$ b8 m! |- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills ) i0 m2 h9 w" ?+ Q; g2 i7 q
- Ability to work night audit shifts and weekends
