Job Description
5 a8 R1 _$ k. Q3 q# N6 }•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
, x2 L) h  d% b$ z: K# ]  ^9 x4 x•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment

+ ?5 p8 A" D! I, P7 r•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Completion of secondary school is required
8 y7 F" a) J7 t/ \•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
