Job Description
5 a# w8 K3 p6 u4 W•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
1 H7 [0 X# J6 z, H! m7 _•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
2 O% d/ H4 y2 Z3 j9 e. W% e; M•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
1 _4 s# l* R$ t8 B3 s: x7 U6 ?•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
4 L8 W5 y2 [4 O  |. Q* F•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
1 T: F1 w, `; y+ g& |•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
% r7 N* }" A2 j' V& V- o•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
