•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
/ u% s) T9 c0 d•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  S3 K' c& e$ z4 E•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
% g/ o1 h. |. I3 s6 b•        Cleaning of work area
# `* F& I6 }- S+ L•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

& a+ ?! Z! e6 S: d3 p- j- N' |•        Completion of secondary school is required
9 I* O( I4 V$ q/ [9 {•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
4 S: a9 D+ I) ^! P$ J•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
6 K8 B9 @% s; j•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
