8 I1 O# _2 D/ x( X; R1 ^•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
& T  z. ~  n& E1 |6 ^9 G6 x% `•        Serve food and beverages
# N. ^7 [2 @( M0 v1 g# {; o3 S: D: J' p•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
& J7 b- [3 m( Y' w4 k1 H8 ^3 X) m9 Q* G•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

•        Completion of secondary school is required
+ A; x2 P! T. Y9 A4 @•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
