Job Description
7 l  x0 O2 p4 U$ w( Y! f8 v•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
+ w# d! k% |* h5 t5 c* Q. S0 a•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
8 ?) |' c3 A% ^! F* I4 y•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
9 D/ Y5 E% |' @+ L) C% N0 `•        Serve food and beverages
0 X) v8 `( b" Q" y% a0 c$ X0 ]•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area

8 g9 J# Y$ F+ E6 Y•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

- I+ e' k1 |1 v: \6 Y5 V, p•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
