正好刚看到一个类似的问题在别的英文论坛:
: {8 \6 F% P8 b5 h; b4 z" L( E. l" O# k$ e+ F: [* V
F4 IS Vs. F2.8 non IS, 贴过来大家都评论评论。6 f: c$ U! }6 m9 c& A

, A! Y& V/ b/ e& Z g& S8 ]Anyhow, you pose a good question - f/4 IS or f/2.8 non IS. Here are the main points:
0 l, T2 U$ f4 L3 s8 H3 {, z g! f2 _- \( [! U( F
1) The f/2.8 gives you one extra stop of hand-holding possibility, but at the cost of depth of field, whereas the 4.0 gives you 3 stops of hand-holding possibility at any aperture. Winner: f/4.! s; n: N# l. b
& K; U7 k' r/ {4 V% Q0 ?0 D! d3 D
2) The f/2.8 gives you one extra stop of light in darkened conditions when photographing moving subjects. The f/4 doesn't. Winner: f/2.8.
9 v" b( v# _: ^# [; R3 G V
5 d; [/ a" V8 L5 t5 h3) The f/4 is lighter and smaller. Winner f/4.
7 v% Y) d( n6 _9 K+ e

( K7 {! ?- x+ I, N' a5 m
