• Mechanical Codes/Standard elucidation;

• Mechanical Engineering Graduate of a Master’s or PhD program within five years of application date OR graduate student expecting to complete Master’s or PhD degree requirements within three months.
5 p6 c7 E; `8 X- u- ?. U. Q' [* n• Equipment design experience is required;( x2 Z. i% m/ J4 M; Q: o5 B$ t( k7 |" o
• Familiar with mechanical Codes/Standards; knowledge of electrical Codes/Standards is helpful;7 O& Z! {4 L2 |
• Familiar with CAD software;
( R( a& F2 L [& V• Fluent in English, and knowledge of Mandarin is useful;+ \+ I* F$ Y0 C# V+ v& w/ i
• Fabrication, engineering and postdoctoral experience are assets.0 {# w/ O4 ?, c! S' c7 P' ?

Compensation:; K8 Y) ^3 `- \: ~3 P$ _9 o8 L8 S- |* v
Successful applicant of Alberta Ingenuity Industry r&D Associates will be awarded a $55,000 stipend per annum and a yearly allowance of $7,000. The total award value over two years is $124,000 from Alberta Ingenuity with opportunity for permanent position and stock option from the company after two years’ term. 7 z3 z+ W# j; y0 j( M
