% d& W, j9 f+ @' ]-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
1 M& |  Z& |" x2 L0 H0 r$ C-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
/ v9 |3 w4 I1 k" W" l-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
+ g; Q& G# `, {5 Y; m-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

& I2 k! `# `( o! a1 jQualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
