Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)
Term: 1 year contract

Job Description
-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
2 B6 J% p4 L- v) @8 E! c# h- O2 i3 N" Q-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
" l: t! J$ s4 F% u( [-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception
" j$ Z2 V( z4 Q$ d# M1 G

-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
. f6 k( I/ Q" G9 f6 M7 e-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
5 g% s8 Z' Z: p# t, U% e-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
! F! \- C& K: {" T' _-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
