Job Duties / Responsibilities
* ]- A* p) C$ wAs Rotating Equipment Discipline team member
• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
$ O' ]* g- U) [2 A& D• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
, T; M4 t* M$ ~  k2 o" n- N& L7 \0 `- I• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
, s- s, r& A+ d( j6 l, J• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
: U. g4 i- N8 H# o• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
