Job Duties / Responsibilities
1 X) \) f9 H4 x% k5 F• Familiarize with the assigned process units
_' U$ y8 P* b• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
- G B2 h! B; k• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.& R+ `. O4 \& H7 \8 b6 Y
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.1 p9 y- A Y$ E5 L/ K7 J3 J
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation9 x8 E w7 T a, \
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
9 @0 T1 x0 n+ S• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers( z1 ?& g- E) L) J/ q1 j7 M
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports
