Job Duties / Responsibilities
0 N$ g' H4 O, S3 J. f+ c( I• Familiarize with the assigned process units
6 T5 M5 O4 L3 K% W, T1 D• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
& [ h0 X! ?, j' j+ L1 `• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
. J1 a* D% ]! G5 Y. X- C: ^• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.+ ~/ a" V; M- J; K6 g3 E; l
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
: a U" M8 r1 x0 Z• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
/ k6 _0 }& p5 ~& w& Q• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers' C/ [2 y& {, u5 @
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports o* u$ ]. j% T4 W; Q! o. Y- P

• Previous work in mechanical engineering would be an asset. |
