Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-

Ÿ Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into

Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;. z" T: `/ n9 U1 o( e
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical

1 p2 g8 C# |, @7 jŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and 0 n" ?% z% c R4 f. N
implementing staff wellness programs;
4 p" B8 j9 U9 M1 A* bŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;* ]# p' h8 N% F) M) N
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;& h! T0 d% @' P# n
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;

Qualifications:2 R) M2 k- d+ d: z( \
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent $ B7 \1 t- R- ~+ t4 B
education and experience;
9 o V2 q& B! V2 ~Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
[/ r: @ [" y: @0 L4 uŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
2 M7 [) n' b! t( a3 PŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both

9 k$ _3 ~5 C# Z, u! u$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. . r4 ~3 @: h/ @( k
