Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
, A$ {' w9 q% h3 Zment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
7 h& [* A8 V; r/ m0 I  [8 u9 [The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
" P* A! @" ?) m0 d8 a! e4 W5 l7 U+ N* Jthe organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
4 t8 ~) g& e3 s) \support;
1 p2 g8 C# |, @7 jŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
4 p" B8 j9 U9 M1 A* bŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;

Qualifications:
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
education and experience;
9 o  V2 q& B! V2 ~Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
  [/ r: @  [" y: @0 L4 uŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
2 M7 [) n' b! t( a3 PŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
0 A# i7 ?$ J. A0 cverbal and written.
. w: Y8 S$ A" a. nLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
9 k$ _3 ~5 C# Z, u! u$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  
In accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
