The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
7 F. _* W2 M* V- W/ hŸ Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into

Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
7 F- k- r( n+ E2 V8 q. F# i2 DŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical ! t. x4 U$ V9 f7 m) |1 r
support;
; k5 ~6 A5 i9 ]6 }Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
0 k6 Q; ?1 b- himplementing staff wellness programs;
9 c' K2 V, i; {6 T& PŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
2 M9 W6 o' g' @Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
* c7 z, s7 V1 T/ G( {7 f! E+ FŸ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;( j5 P/ h% ^0 q% t9 M0 ~
Ÿ Other duties as required.

Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
( [/ ^( ~1 Y9 F) R$ teducation and experience;
) r" F! x% Z# R/ q8 P$ wŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;7 y! [1 h& p- r
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;4 Y3 }7 p+ C# W5 h6 t A
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both

Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package. Salary Range % X6 |2 @6 }) _. q
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
