Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;6 s, [; b* w1 D k m1 p6 `3 E
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical # B. b' o5 t0 N0 v% B n/ a
support; P4 [4 E9 X4 Q. P# u6 e
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
K o1 m" ]1 n l( o( ]5 Q8 Z# Jimplementing staff wellness programs;0 {) l: b; O, k9 Z2 e
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
' S5 F* `# ?, C4 DŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
0 v( T# U) d0 z' ^- \Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;) p8 M9 ?, Z3 Q7 G$ y2 x" n; _

Qualifications:
# O( h5 u* L2 q, z8 e0 t" qŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent . t* J4 u1 c7 T" U" s# c+ ^
education and experience;
: [6 @2 u0 s' }6 ~1 u) NŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;2 W! S# }! X& K' d- @: m
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;- P k0 p3 _5 l" b
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both . M) }9 C% u' e
verbal and written.
5 D& ~+ O3 W( [( WLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package. Salary Range
7 z; H' o8 I% S r$ {! n0 g+ r$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
