Duties
1 a3 Q, d5 V# p6 t- oSupports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
% r1 p! v7 C( Z6 e5 g6 W7 U7 l( yModifies forms and reports according to client specifications
Creates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
! z( |5 o3 z" b, a+ _' sAssists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment
& \% z, G% [1 @8 y; \9 D/ mQualifications
B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
- t+ V1 o" O0 GSeveral years related experience in a similar environment
6 e% m1 a: i8 s8 m- ~/ pKnowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
. u/ H. u% R3 b6 }$ a7 \4 qKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
