郁闷的TICKET！

我同学昨天去西边，走的是107AVE，整条路都是限速60，结果有中间一小断是限速50，昨天还真有一警察在那段路躲一路口后捉人！因为我同学没注意那一段，开了60多一点，结果被警察栏下来了！说他时速67，超速了！罚了110！这罚单能消吗？我觉得挺冤枉的！
