Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
% e7 ?: W) T  q3 h2 W7 w' G' fAdult education background
: Y8 L6 h1 S, [4 z6 ^Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
  ^/ t# D6 h8 L* ^1 B& I) \3 G4 VExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
( p! ~) g% h5 u0 [* @" X; aExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
- G# c6 H: F. ]' V* VComputer proficiency
, `6 W4 O% X4 WStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
! i* H8 [! N$ z6 W5 @3 EUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
